About Us

Autostrade dello Stato is the in-house company of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, fully owned by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Founded in April 2024, by Decree of the Prime Minister following the Council of Ministers' resolution, it was established to design, build, maintain, and manage toll highway sections and related services, ensuring safety, efficiency, and innovation.
