On June 18, 2024, the first Board of Directors meeting of Autostrade dello Stato took place, attended by the President, Dr. Carlo Vaghi, the CEO, Avv. Vito Cozzoli, and Board Member, Eng. Gioia Gorgerino.
Additionally, representatives of the Board of Statutory Auditors were present, including the Chairman, Dr. Christian Schiavon, and Standing Auditors, Dr. Patrizia Cappai and Sen. Antonio Paravia.
Thus, Autostrade dello Stato S.p.A. was officially established. The challenges and path ahead serve as a significant motivation to strive for excellence every day, and we are confident that this new entity will enhance the safety and innovation of our country’s mobility system.
