The provisions of Articles 5 and 5-bis of Legislative Decree 33/2013 (Transparency Decree), as amended by Legislative Decree 97/2016, allow anyone to access data and documents held by the Company, distinguishing between:
Simple Civic Access: the right granted to anyone to request documents, information, or data subject to mandatory publication under the Transparency Decree, in cases where their publication has been omitted (Art. 5, paragraph 1, Legislative Decree 33/13);
Generalized Civic Access: the right granted to anyone to request documents, information, or data held by the Company, beyond those subject to mandatory publication under the Transparency Decree (Art. 5, paragraph 2, Legislative Decree 33/13).
