Supervisory Body pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 and Organizational and Management Model 

 

Autostrade dello Stato S.p.A. has adopted an Organizational and Management Model aimed at preventing crimes outlined in Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001 (“Regulation of the Administrative Liability of Legal Entities”), which introduced administrative liability for companies and other entities for crimes against the Public Administration and corporate offenses committed by its directors and employees.

The Organizational and Management Model is complemented by the Code of Ethics, directed at all individuals who act, operate, and collaborate with the Company in any capacity, ensuring they adhere to the principles defined therein. As Autostrade dello Stato S.p.A. operates as a service entity for the Public Administration and pursues public interest objectives, it is bound to comply with behavioral standards based on general ethical principles, as well as specific legal provisions on the efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, and impartiality of administrative action.
